I created this 1:1, 16-week “Back to You” Coaching & Mentorship programme for women who have spent years caring for everyone else—and are now ready to reconnect with themselves, rebuild their health, and feel like you have direction again

1:1 4 month coaching

* You've spent years looking after everyone else and somewhere along the line you have stopped being a priority

* You have many responsibilities; family, grandchildren & aging parents and there is little time left for you - like you are always on call

* You often feel exhausted, even when you haven't done anything strenuous

* You know your food choices aren't really where you'd like them but you don't have headspace to figure it out

What is included in the 16 week 1:1 "Back to You" Coaching & Mentoring Programme

8 x 1 hr one-to-one coaching sessions

These provide a safe space for you to explore your challenges, discovering answers that lie within you. Together we set achievable mini-goals to propel you towards your aspirations

Tailor-made programme to support your specific goals

Once we have had our initial telephone conversation, I will write a bespoke programme to support the changes you want to make

Accountability calls/messages via Whatsapp & Email

We can chat over these platforms in between our coaching sessions to address any obstacles and for accountability (Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm)

Our 1:1 sessions are online, so you can access coaching no matter where you are located. The flexibility of on-line coaching means you can maintain momentum even when you are away from home enabling continuous progress towards your goals. However, if you are local to Hindhead/Haslemere area then you are welcome to visit me in my private and peaceful study for a face to face appointment.

Each of our sessions will leave you feeling energised and inspired.

I also offer short motivation calls between sessions for those that need extra accountability and a quick re-focus.
