About Lisa
I had been living with feeling tired, unwell, unhappy and lacking in motivation for a long time. It seemed an uphill battle to get myself out of this rut.
I started reading about nutrition and looking at how I was fuelling my body and it became evident that I needed to address this area of my life
The more I researched the food we have access to in the Western world and the impact it has on the body, it became clear that focusing on the right kind of foods, stopping restrictive “diet- led” fads and being conscious of the impact stress and anxiety has on the body helped me gain clarity on how I want to feel and live.
I worked on my own behavioural habits and negative thought processes and began to see a transformation for the better
I became a trained yoga teacher in 2017 and have been following a holistic approach to finding health and wellbeing for some years.
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Health and Nutrition Coaching and am a member of the UK and International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA).
I support men and women who are feeling stuck and unhappy with their health, fitness and weight and want to be happy and in more control.
