What is Coaching?

The aim of coaching is to help you make progress in a certain area of your life or overcome a problem you’re struggling with.

A key belief that underpins coaching is that we already have the answers we need within us.

A coach’s role is to help you find these answers. This is done through several conversational techniques, including questioning, active listening, observations and reflection.

Having a non-biased, non-judgemental person available to provide focused attention gives you space to understand how to move forward.

Coaching helps to get you from where you are now to where you want to be in a much faster and more efficient way than working alone.

All the information about nutrition and fitness out there, it can be very overwhelming and stops us from doing anything.

Coaching with me will enable you look at your current situation and where you want to be - looking at your diet, habits, lifestyle, thoughts etc and then through setting achievable stepping-stone action plans, be supported as you make your journey to reaching that goal.

Coaching will support you to make lasting positive changes to your health and wellbeing

My coaching sessions happens in a peaceful and calm space, either in person or remotely, allowing you to feel safe.

It allows you to be honest with yourself and establish where you are at present and find a way through the issues to reach a place that you feel happier and healthier.
