Lisa Painter Wellbeing
Are you always busy looking after everyone else and feeling like you don't recognise yourself anymore?
You’ve spent years taking care of everyone else whether it be your family, your children, maybe now your grandchildren and/or ageing parents, and somewhere along the way, you’ve slipped to the bottom of the list. You’re exhausted, feel lost and not feeling your best, but with so much depending on you, it’s hard to know where to even begin. I understand how this feels because I’ve been there too and I want you to know it’s possible to feel more energised, regain control (with boundaries), and make yourself a priority.

Is this you?
You spend so much time looking after everyone else that there is very little time left for you
You have many responsibilities; family, grandchildren & aging parents, job and it's like you are constantly "on call"
You often feel exhausted, even when you haven't done anything strenuous
You find it hard to say no and set much needed boundaries
You know your food choices aren't really where you'd like them but you don't have headspace to figure it out
Exercise feels like another thing to add to your to-do list, rather than something that supports you
Deep down you know something needs to change but you need it be manageable, realistic and right at this stage of your life
You feel that you have lost your way and you don't know how to get back to feeling happier, more confident and healthier
I have been in that place you are right now and I understand and empathise with how you feel as well as how difficult living like this can be and how finding the energy and motivation to change can seem out of reach
I've learnt the types of behavioural changes that are needed to break this cycle and now I want to share these practices and techniques with you so you can get to a place you feel much happier
I really believe in you and know that people can make changes, especially with support.
I am confident you have it in you to make changes you want to get some happiness and control.

Women I support
I support women who have spent so long being there for everyone else that they’ve slowly lost sight of themselves. They often feel tired, completely overwhelmed, with little time or energy left to focus on their own health. They don’t need pressure or strict plans, they need understanding, support, and a way to gently rebuild habits that help them feel better again.
